Offering

Take a closer look at 5 sides of your life: physical body, environment, functions of mind, ego and wisdom.

Each session introduces activities for investigating a different side of your life. These activities vary in complexity and can be adjusted to fit each participants’s schedule.

Each session also offers a review of participants’ experiences and a look into the connections between the different sides of life. In the final session we look at additional sides of life and consider more expansive views of ourselves.

Format

  • 6 sessions

  • 2, 3 weeks between workshops

  • 1 hr per workshop

  • Live and interactive via video conferencing

Phases

  • Phase 1: Looking at the physical body

  • Phase 2: Looking at the environment

  • Phase 3: Looking at different functions of the mind

  • Phase 4: Looking at the ego

  • Phase 5: Looking at the wisdom

  • Phase 6: Integrating observations
