5 Views of My Life

Experience 5 sides of your life.

Your physical body, environment, mind, ego, and wisdom—are utilized as windows for self-explorations. Each window offers a view of a distinct side of life. By exploring these sides, we gain fuller experience of ourself.

Invitation

Take a closer look at 5 sides of your life: physical body, environment, states of mind, ego and wisdom.

Each workshop introduces activities for investigating a different side of life. These activities vary in complexity and can be adjusted to fit each participants’s schedule.

Each workshop also offers a review of participants’ experiences and a look into the connections between the different sides of life. In the final workshop we look at additional sides of life and consider more expansive views of ourselves.

  • "This process, having to observe oneself and take time to reflect and understand what is going on internally and externally, was interesting in [terms of the] insight I gained... It [was] also [interesting in that it] forced me to take a lot [closer look] at myself and to be in the moment... I learned more and more about myself...
