Invitation
Experiment with diverse adjustments to the mixture of necessary and elective activities that make up the menu of your life.
You will receive lists of activities that cover physical, social, mental, and other facets of your life. Some activities will be familiar; some will be those you’ve always wanted to try; some will be completely new to you. You will select the activities you are interested in and monitor their impact.
Based on your experiences and personal interests, you will design and try out your own self-revitalization menu.
Format
6 workshops over 13 weeks
1.5-2 hrs per workshop
6 - 12 participants
Live and interactive via video conferencing
Phases
Phase 1 of this program introduces Primary Activities that are to be carried out regularly until the end of the program.
Phase 2 introduces Advanced Activities. Every 2 weeks participants select a different Advanced activity to try out.
In Phase 3, participants design their own revitalization program, and try it out for 3 weeks.
Dates
Workshops are scheduled on either Tuesdays or Thursdays, 6:30 EST. Alternate days and times are available upon request for groups of 6 or more.

$110 per workshop
